Return Policy

7 day exchanges

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible, your item must be:

• unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received it;
• with the original tags attached;
• in its original packaging;
• returned with your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start an exchange

Email us at onlineorders@desertnestco.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. We will reply with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Shopping locally? You are welcome to bring your item and receipt to the boutique at 57085 29 Palms Hwy, Yucca Valley, CA 92284. We are open Mon–Sat 10am–7pm and Sunday 12pm–7pm.

Shipping costs

If a product is exchanged or refunded, the original shipping amount comes out of the refund. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Items we can’t exchange

For hygiene reasons, some items can’t be exchanged or returned, including:

• earrings and body jewelry;
• opened bath, body, hair and skin products;
• sale and final sale items;
• gift cards.
