Orders & shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, and you’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. Payments are processed securely at checkout.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code in the discount field at checkout and the savings will be applied before you pay. Only one code can be used per order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Get in touch within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has shipped it can’t be changed.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
Unworn items with their original tags can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How do I start an exchange?
Email us with your order number and the item you’d like to swap. We’ll send you instructions and ship the new item once your return arrives.
Which items can’t be returned?
Sale items, gift cards, jewelry and opened beauty products are final sale.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry! Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund.
The boutique
Where is your store located?
Our boutique is at 57085 29 Palms Hwy, Yucca Valley, CA 92284.
Open Monday–Saturday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, Sunday: 12:00 PM–7:00 PM
Can I return an online order in store?
Yes. Bring the item and your order confirmation to the boutique and we’ll take care of it.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Add gift wrapping at checkout or ask in store, and we’ll include a handwritten note if you’d like.
Products & sizing
How do I find my size?
Each product page has a size chart with measurements. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
Will a sold-out item be restocked?
Popular styles are often restocked. Tap “Notify me” on the product page and we’ll email you when it’s back.
How should I care for my items?
Check the care label on each piece. Most of our knits and denim last longest when washed cold and laid flat to dry.
